- ABI Education and Support for Evidence-Based Practice
The strategic directions are not listed in any order of priority. The activities related to each strategic direction are important and will be pursued in the course of the next year, but at any given time there might be more focus in one area than another.
Established Priorities for 2009/2010:
- To maintain a continued focus on the acute to inpatient rehabilitation transfer and seek innovative solutions to support system enhancement and/or efficiencies.
- Recognizing the impact that the state of community and post acute services has on access and patient flow right across the system, continue the Network's review of community ABI services and make recommendations for maximizing use of resources and enhancing access to services.
